Zenith Securities Limited (ZSL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zenith Bank Plc and was incorporated on May 31, 1990 with an authorised share capital of N400m (four hundred million naira) issued and fully-paid.

ZSL is registered by The Securities & Exchange Commission to carry on the business of Issuing House, Investment adviser, Portfolio Management and Stockbroking, and by The Nigerian Stock Exchange as a Broker/Dealer to operate on any floors of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.  The company commenced full operations as a stockbroking firm on May 14, 2004 when it started dealing on all floors of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
