Infinity Trust Savings and Loans Limited (Infinity Homes as trade mark) was incorporated as a full fledged Primary Mortgage Bank in 1993, licenced under the Mortgage Institution Decree No. 53 of 1989 to carry on mortgage Banking Business in Nigeria. The Institution commenced operations as Amicable Mortgage Finance Limited in December 1993 and later changed its name to ABS Savings and Loans Limited.
Year 2002 marked the beginning of a new dawn for the Mortgage Bank when it was wholly acquired by some professionals lead in the pack by Adkan Services Nigeria Limited, a reputable Civil Engineering and Real Estate Development Company, as a core investor. Immediately the acquisition was consummated, the name was changed form ABS Savings and Loans Limited to Infinity Trust Savings and Loans to reflect the vision of the new shareholders, and necessary approval obtained.
