Incorporated on the 27th March 2007 and dully licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria on the 27th July 2007 to carry out its business in consonance with the Microfinance policy of the Federal Government of Nigeria.The Bank is conceptualized and being driven on the Philosophy of Provision of Micro-credits to active poor and low income groups as well as giving economic empowerment and capacity building to the unemployed and especially women who were hitherto not conveniently serviced by conventional financial institutions.
