FutureView Financial Services Limited was formerly known as FutureView Securities Limited.
The company was incorporated in March 1993, commenced operations in 1996, registered by the Nigerian Stock Exchange and licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission to provide investment banking services.
We commenced business in November 1996 with an authorized paid up share capital of N10 Million, which has since been increased to about N10 billion primarily through capitalization of earnings. We are currently raising additional funds by way of private placement to increase our paid up capital to N25 billion.
We are currently one of the most capitalized firms on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
