First Generation Homes Savings and Loans Limited is a primary Mortgage Institution incorporated on the 25th of October 1992 with company registration No. 207155. It was licensed by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria under the Mortgage Institution Decree No. 53 of 1989 to carry out Mortgage Banking in Nigeria.
Having existed previously as Perennial Savings and Loans Limited, it became necessary to change our name to First Generation Homes Limited on January 2004 in line with the changing trends.
Our Head office is located at Syndicate Plaza, Plot 404 Ahmadu Bello  way Area 11, Garki Abuja.
Our operations are fully computerized and we offer a full range of banking services including our traditional mortgage functions with the exception of direct dealership in foreign exchange.
