The primary activities of the company are Stock broking, Financial advisory Services and Investment/Portfolio Management. The company is a dealing member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as issuing House, Broker/Dealer and Venture Capital Manager. The company has subsidiaries engaged in insurance brokerage and telecommunications marketing.
