CDL Asset Management Limited was incorporated on November 8, 2004 and started operations on June 1, 2006.
It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Consolidated Discounts Limited (CDL), one of the five licensed Discount Houses in Nigeria. CDL is in turn owned by a consortium of major banks in Nigeria - Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, Afribank Nigeria Plc, Access Bank Plc and Skye Bank Plc
The company has an Authorized and Issued Share Capital of N200,000,000 (Two Hundred Million Naira).
