The Company was founded on strong investment research background to drive all investment and advisory services. In 1998, the principal founder personally set up and managed an investment vehicle that grew into a multi-million Naira investment portfolio. The Investors having met the regulatory requirements to launch the investment vehicle into a fully-fledged business entity incorporated the Company in 2003 to provide investment products and services to investors with investment interests in the Nigerian economy.
Today(2009), the authorized capital size of the Company stands at N50 million with a fully paid-up capital of N40 million and shareholders’ fund in excess of N80 million.
