Alatta, Nzewi & Co., is a multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Accountants and Management/Financial Consultants, duly registered with the European Commission for the management of community aid to non-member countries. The firm is also registered as chartered accountants with the Office of Bureau of Public Enterprises. The firm evolved as a result of a merger between two firms - Messrs. Ndubuisi Alatta & Co. and Messrs. Azubueze Nzewi & Co. in 1985. The essence of the merger was to enable the firms pool resources together in order to ensure wider client coverage and greater efficiency in service delivery. Over the years, the firm has grown tremendously in all spheres of professional practice thereby justifying the wisdom in the merger and fulfilling the vision of the founding partners of the firm.
