It was granted a mortgage banking licence by the Central Bank of Nigeria in December, 2004 and commenced full operations by 31st January, 2005. The company became a public limited company on April 23, 2007.AG Homes Savings & Loans Plc is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Nigeria (MBAN).The Company is engaged in the business of mortgage banking from its corporate head office and two Cash Centers in Lagos, as well as its Enugu Branch.
