ADEDEJI & OWOTOMO was established by its founding partners in 1989.  The firm, which initially opened its offices in its present office in Lagos, Nigeria, has since expanded to  Abuja, Nigeria and New York, USA.  The offices in Abuja, Nigeria was opened to enhance and facilitate Processes/Applications at the Trademark and the Corporate Affairs Commission offices while the New York offices became necessary due to numerous clients located in the USA and Europe and the need for quick access to services.
The firm in the past ten years has developed its practice with emphasis on the above and has represented numerous international investors seeking to engage in the economic opportunities in Nigeria.  The firm was in the same regard appointed as consultants to the Bureau of Public Enterprise in its privatisation schemes and has also been recognised by the special committee of the Nigeria Annual Economic Summit for its contribution to Investment Law and Practice in Nigeria.
