We are presently managing the shareholders register of Oceanic Bank International Plc, Dangote Flour Mills Plc, Cutix Plc and Adswitch Plc, Courtville Investment Plc, Arco Petrochemical Engineering Company Limited, Refuge Homes Savings and Loans Limited.

We have been appointed as Registrar to the following companies:-
Afrinvest Limited, Nigeria Re-insurance Plc, Diaspora Investment Fund (PHB Asset Management) and EcoBank Nigeria – Rights Issue.
Oceanic Registrars Limited has a well structured board under the chairmanship of (Dr) Mrs. Cecilia A.O Ibru (MFR), Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Oceanic Bank International Plc, she is also on the board of TotalFinaElf Nigeria, Aero Contractors Nigeria Limited among other companies.

Sterling Registrars Limited (SRL) formally NAL Registrars Limited was incorporated on 4th April, 1994.
The company is wholly owned subsidiary of Sterling Bank Plc, licensed to carry out corporate Securities Register Administration Services. Sterling Registrars therefore provides Registrar Services on one-off basis to offers as well as on a permanent basis to companies.

Focus of the company however changed recently to concentrate strictly prevalent in the share registration activity. Sterling Registrars Limited (SRL) as it is now known, in view of the poor quality services prevalent in the share registration industry, decided to pursue this area of business in order to create long term customer relationship by rendering at all times.

Intercontinental Registrars Limited, a Subsidiary of Intercontinental Bank Plc was incorporated on 5th January 2006 as a private limited liability company to carry out the Registrars function in accordance with the provisions of the Investment and Securities Act (ISA) 1999, and the Rules and Regulations of Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).

Capital Assets Limited was incorporated on 28th December, 1995 as a private limited liability company to provide specialized financial and investment advisory services to corporate clients, governments and individuals. The company commenced full operations in May 1998. Capital Assets Limited is a Dealing Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and is duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). The company is also authorized to deal in Treasury Bills by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Capital Assets Limited is currently a member of the National Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.

The Registrar Department of Barclays Bank DCO (Dominion, Colonial and Overseas) was established in 1959. It was the first Registrar Office to be established in Nigeria to compliment the Nigerian Stock Exchange which was also established about the same time. The Registrars remained a department in the renamed Barclays Bank of Nigeria Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Barclays Bank International Limited. However, in 1979 when Barclays Bank sold 50% of her shareholding in the Bank to Nigerians, the Bank’s name changed to UNION BANK OF NIGERIA LIMITED while the remaining shareholding of Barclays Bank was disposed off in 1989. Up to 2003 Union Bank of Nigeria Plc retained the Registrars as a Department.

Zenith Registrars Limited (ZRL) was incorporated on May 7, 2004 to carry on Registrars business in the capital market with a view to Redefining Registrar Business.

ZRL with share capital base of N70 million which has grown to N700 million, commenced operations on precisely March 21, 2005, when it took over the management of the largest shareholders’ register – Zenith Bank Plc - from the previous registrars.
