FutureView Financial Services Limited was formerly known as FutureView Securities Limited.
The company was incorporated in March 1993, commenced operations in 1996, registered by the Nigerian Stock Exchange and licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission to provide investment banking services.
We commenced business in November 1996 with an authorized paid up share capital of N10 Million, which has since been increased to about N10 billion primarily through capitalization of earnings. We are currently raising additional funds by way of private placement to increase our paid up capital to N25 billion.
We are currently one of the most capitalized firms on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

FBDC was granted Approval in-principle by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on 27th December 2006, incorporated on 16th January 2007, given Certificate of Membership by the Association of Bureau De Change Operators of Nigeria (ABCON) on 26th April 2007 and also issued an operating license by CBN on 26th April 2007.

 
GOLD Hall Bureau de Change Limited (GOLD HALL) RC 485277 was incorporated as a Bureau de Change (BDC) on the 15th Day of June 2006. The company was granted full license by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to operate as a Bureau de Change on the 19th of December 2006. GOLD HALL is a member of the Association of Bureau De Change Operators of Nigeria (ABCON), a prerequisite for the granting of a CBN license to operate.
